The River Tay is showing excellent early season form with multiple spring salmon reported from the upper beats. Water temperatures are rising steadily.

The Norfolk Broads are producing excellent coarse fishing with large pike, quality bream, and specimen roach all being reported from the main rivers and broads.

Spring bream shoals are moving into the shallower bays of Lough Erne. Catches of 50+ fish per session are being reported from the Upper Lough.

Bass are beginning to appear along the Cornish coast as water temperatures rise. Rocky headlands and surf beaches are producing the first fish of 2026.
